Rachel is a Member Advocate with Inspire Care 360. As a Member Advocate, she provides personalized support and guidance to childcare owners. Rachel assists our Members in navigating the unique challenges of the childcare industry, offering expertise on best practices and operational efficiency, ultimately empowering our Members to provide high-quality care and succeed in their business endeavors.
Prior to joining the IC360 team, she owned and operated her own daycare center in Illinois offering care for children 6 weeks to 12 years. Rachel also has a teaching education in Early Education. Her passion for childcare excellence has led her to Inspire Care 360 to help other owners achieve their goals.
She recently moved to Florida and is looking forward to exploring the new area. She enjoys spending time with her three grown children and extended family in her free time.
