November was a busy and productive month for the Inspire Care 360 team as we participated in three major childcare conferences. Each event offered valuable insights, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to connect with industry professionals. Here’s a look at our experiences at SHIFT, NAEYC, and Childcare Millionaires Live Homecoming.
SHIFT Childcare Leaders Conference
November 4-7, Santa Barbara, CA
The SHIFT Childcare Leaders Conference in sunny Santa Barbara provided an inspiring start to our November. Tony D’Agostino, Jessica Wright, and Danielle Benedict joined a community of childcare leaders to discuss strategies for improving staff care, promoting leadership, and growing childcare businesses. The speakers shared actionable practices that resonated with attendees, sparking insightful conversations about how to create more sustainable and impactful childcare operations.
Networking was a central part of the event, and the opportunities to connect with other attendees were top-notch. The casual, welcoming environment encouraged meaningful discussions that extended beyond the sessions. We couldn’t help but appreciate the thoughtful details, from the incredible conference swag—including some of the best cups we’ve ever seen—to the themed social events each evening that gave everyone a chance to relax and build relationships. SHIFT set a high bar for meaningful engagement and practical takeaways.
NAEYC 2024 Annual Conference
November 6-9, Anaheim, CA
From Santa Barbara, we made our way to Anaheim for the NAEYC 2024 Annual Conference, where Tony D’Agostino and Danielle Benedict represented Inspire Care 360. Tony’s presentation on how AI can transform childcare business operations drew a highly engaged audience. Attendees were eager to learn how technology could help streamline processes, support staff, and improve outcomes for children. The thoughtful questions during and after the session showed just how relevant this topic is to today’s childcare leaders.
The conference was also a fantastic networking opportunity. Meeting other vendors and sponsors allowed us to exchange ideas and build connections. We were happy to be able to donate our booth flooring and new tables to a non-profit organization.
Childcare Millionaires Live Homecoming
November 14-17, Houston, TX
We wrapped up the month in Houston at Childcare Millionaires Live Homecoming, where Jessica Wright, Danielle Benedict, and Melissa Kelley joined an event that perfectly balanced high energy and a welcoming atmosphere. The homecoming theme added a unique twist, creating community that resonated throughout the event. Attendees, both new and returning, came together to learn, share, and grow in a collaborative environment.
The speakers were dynamic and focused on actionable strategies for “leveling up” childcare operations. Beth Cannon’s session stood out, offering practical tips and inspiring attendees to refine their leadership approaches. Beyond the sessions, the vendor area allowed for great visibility and meaningful connections with attendees. There’s something special about meeting members face-to-face, and this event made those connections feel effortless. The positive culture of Childcare Millionaires Live Homecoming left a lasting impression, with its uplifting tone and emphasis on collaboration and growth.
