October was a busy month for Inspire Care 360, packed with not one but two awesome childcare conferences! Our team was on the ground in sunny Florida and beautiful Louisiana, connecting with amazing folks who are as passionate about early childhood education as we are. Here’s a recap of our time at the Florida Association for the Education of Young Children (FLAEYC) and the Child Care Association of Louisiana (CCAL) conferences – both jam-packed with networking, learning, and plenty of laughs along the way!

FLAEYC Conference: Championsgate, Florida (October 16-20, 2024)
First up, the Florida Association for the Education of Young Children (FLAEYC) conference in Championsgate. Our team stayed at a beautiful resort hotel, had great weather, and endless opportunities to chat with other childcare pros. FLAEYC was a blast from start to finish. Friendly Vibes All Around
Jessica and Brandi were greeted by a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. FLAEYC did an incredible job creating a friendly, laid-back space where everyone felt comfortable diving into the conference. Jessica and Brandi hit the ground running, meeting childcare professionals at our table and getting the word out about all things Inspire Care 360.Golden Tickets & Door Prizes
We got to hand out “Golden Tickets” to anyone who stopped by our table, creating some extra buzz. Those lucky ticket holders got a shot at our door prize and was the perfect way to kick off conversations.Beautiful Hotel, Inspiring Sessions
The hotel? Gorgeous. Comfortable rooms, plenty of spots to relax, and views that made it feel like a mini-vacation. The setting was perfect for recharging between sessions, and the workshops themselves were spot-on. From child development to center management, FLAEYC’s lineup covered every angle a childcare professional could want. Jessica and Brandi noticed the wide selection of sessions and the genuine enthusiasm attendees had for learning something new. With so many friendly faces and fantastic conversations, FLAEYC left our team inspired and for the ECE industry.
CCAL Conference: Baton Rouge, Louisiana (October 18-19, 2024)
While Jessica and Brandi were enjoying FLAEYC, Danielle Benedict was busy soaking up the Southern hospitality in Baton Rouge at the Child Care Association of Louisiana (CCAL) conference. With tons of fun activities and an audience that was totally engaged, Danielle had a great experience. Our Inspire Care 360 Rep- Danielle Benedict, Enterprise Business Development
Mimosas & Mingling – Cheers to Great Connections!
Thanks to Hughes Insurance, CCAL had a Mimosa Bar that kicked off the day. It’s safe to say this was a hit! Between the mimosas and the welcoming crowd, Danielle found it super easy to strike up conversations and get people excited about what Inspire Care 360 can bring to the table.Bingo Fun & Prime Location
The CCAL team organized an interactive bingo game that turned out to be the perfect icebreaker, bringing attendees to meet with exhibitors. With our prime location in the main room, we were easy to find, and the bingo game kept the crowd moving. Attendees enjoyed into the game, stopping by to get their cards stamped and sticking around to chat. It was a great way to connect with childcare center owners who were curious about how Inspire Care 360 could help their centers tackle challenges and achieve their goals.Inspiring Leadership with Vernon Mason
One highlight from CCAL was the session led by Vernon Mason. His take on leadership – fostering environments where both kids and staff can thrive – really struck a chord. He also dived into the “Languages of Appreciation,” a session that had everyone taking an assessment to find out how they like to feel valued. It turns out very few people have “gifts” as their appreciation language, yet many directors assume that’s the way to go! Vernon helped everyone realize that appreciation is personal, and when we recognize what makes each team member feel appreciated, it makes a real difference.Fun and Games
The CCAL team kept the energy high with raffle baskets, where audience members cheered, sang, and even danced to celebrate. It was a lighthearted, feel-good event that had everyone laughing and connecting. And then there were the pens. Yes, the Inspire Care 360 pens! Danielle quickly became known to have best pens, and those little giveaways sparked tons of great conversations. Who doesn’t love a great pen? —Wrapping Up October’s Adventures
Both FLAEYC and CCAL left us with so much inspiration, new friendships, and a solid reminder of why we love doing what we do. At FLAEYC, we soaked up the friendly vibes and connected with childcare professionals eager to learn more about their field. Meanwhile, Danielle’s time at CCAL was full of laughter, insightful discussions, and lots of interest in how Inspire Care 360 can help solve the unique challenges that childcare centers face every day. Each event was a chance to deepen our connection with the childcare community and share what Inspire Care 360 brings to the table – helping childcare centers grow, thrive, and make a real difference in the lives of the kids they care for. We left October’s conferences inspired, and we’re already looking forward to connecting with even more of you at the next event!Learn More About
