Ricardo Campo is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Endeavor Schools, where he is responsible for the oversight of over 100 high-performing, independent early childhood education and private schools. Endeavor serves students ranging from infants to adolescents, across 14 states. In his leadership capacity, he manages a seasoned team of executives and educators with a passion for providing high-quality education and unleashing individual potential.

Previously, Mr. Campo served as EVP and CFO of Rocket Learning. Mr. Campo was responsible for ensuring the company’s financial soundness, as well as identifying new markets and opportunities for Rocket. During his tenure with Rocket, Mr. Campo helped launch Rocket’s teacher training and early learning initiatives. Mr. Campo played a key role in Rocket’s entry into the early learning sector via its acquisition of Baby Stars, a successful preschool and early learning company with a compelling proprietary curriculum.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Campo specialized in finance and mergers and acquisitions, both as an advisor and as a private equity principal at world-class institutions including Advent and UBS.

Mr. Campo is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and part of his chapter’s Executive Committee, focused on its professional growth and learning initiatives.

Mr. Campo received a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Studies & Finance, and graduated magna cum laude from Babson College, where he was a Babson Family Scholar. He also received an M.S. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, with high honors.

Mr. Campo currently resides in Miami, FL with his wife and three children.
