Here at IC360, we don’t believe in a pre-planned, one-size-fits-all childcare coaching program. Your needs and requirements are unique to you! Therefore, our program is designed to be one-on-one. You won’t be handed down the chain to a trainee who’s learning the ropes. You’ll meet personally with the childcare coach or mentor who will work with you to identify issues and arrive at solutions. Ultimately, your business genuinely matters to us.
The IC360 ECE Executive Coaching and Mentoring program gives you complete control, security and confidentiality. Your name is not shared beyond the Coach and the Coaching leadership. Therefore, what is shared with us, stays private. You have our word on that.
At IC360, we are committed to offering our utmost support and guidance for the term of your agreement. In addition to your monthly session, you will have full access to calls, emails and often text, which will mutually respect the Coach and Coaching leaderships’ time commitments. We want you to reach your goals as seriously as you do and will do our best to ensure you have a helping hand just when you need it!
PEER GROUP OPPORTUNITY
With your childcare Coaching and Mentoring, you may choose to lend your experience to others as well as glean experience from peers. At no additional charge, you will have access to other owner/operator Peers through a monthly meeting in addition to your one-on-one coaching. Typically, the groups are from 4-8 and meetings are entirely optional.
MATCHING TO THE RIGHT COACH
Our childcare/daycare coaching leader first meets with you to understand your goals, objectives, likes and dislikes to conduct an assessment. From there, they will look to our bench of ECE executive coaches to find the best match for you. If the match does not work, we offer the opportunity to interview other coaches until you find the coach best suited to you.
