Beth Fletcher is the Enterprise Business Development Director with Inspire Care 360. She has over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry in various roles including: Director, Executive Director, Business Operations Consultant and Regional Manager for both corporate and franchise childcare companies. In these positions, she was able to support numerous owners, directors, and clients in their quest for a successful childcare center, financially, for their teams and the countless families they served.

Beth’s passion is to recognize where help is needed in a childcare business and to offer solutions and support to help them thrive and flourish to their highest potential.

Beth has a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from The American University in Washington, D.C. focusing on Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government. She currently lives in Roswell, Georgia and has two daughters, Samantha (23) and Katie (19). She also has two fur babies, Jack and Bailey. She loves to travel and to learn about history. She also loves to cook, play tennis, and listen to live music.
