With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Aleta Mechtel has held numerous roles within the industry, including Kindergarten Teacher, Director, and Owner of four successful preschools. After selling her preschools in December 2021, Aleta continued to support the early educations community by running a highly successful substitute teacher placement company. She is committed to connecting high quality substitute educators to all of the childcare centers who are experiencing staffing challenges. Aleta also offers opportunities for entrepreneurs to become owners and launch, build and grow their own substitute teacher placement company.

In April 2022, Aleta rebranded herself as a Business Coach, leveraging her extensive experience in growing her own companies.

Since 2021, she has also been working with Hinge Advisors to support the childcare industry by providing Monthly Mastermind and Training Opportunities.
