Jessica (Jess) is the Instructional Designer with Inspire Care 360. She is an experienced instructional designer with a passion for transforming complex topics into easily-digestible learning experiences. With years of experience in the field, Jess has honed her craft in creating effective instructional materials that engage learners and facilitate knowledge retention. Her expertise in learning management systems and instructional design software has allowed her to create dynamic and interactive eLearning courses that cater to different learning styles.

She has worked in the childcare industry for 6 years, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Arts for Children and a Master’s Degree in Education. Being able to teach children and fellow staff members and watch them grow is one of the greatest things she enjoys being a part of.

Jess grew up around computers and learning how to create programs as well as use current programs to make things user friendly. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her children, puzzles, Legos, and reading.
