Bouncing Back with Inspiration: Kangarootime's Childcare Conference Recap

We are excited to share our experience from Kangarootime’s Bounce Childcare Conference in Buffalo, NY, held from July 18th to 20th. We enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of this fantastic event as both a sponsor and participant of their speaking opportunities. We enjoyed diving in to this gathering of childcare professionals, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs. The event provided us with great opportunities to engage with attendees, receive candid feedback on the industry’s pulse, and create meaningful connections. Join us as we review the highlights of the conference and the insights it brought to our mission in supporting the childcare industry.

Engaging with Attendees and Listening to Feedback
Throughout Bounce, we actively engaged with the attendees, fostering meaningful conversations and embracing candid feedback. Our interactions with childcare professionals and industry experts allowed us to gain invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities that shape the childcare landscape. We loved listening to your experiences and suggestions, which serve as a driving force behind our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation within the industry. Meeting with IC360 Members
The opportunity to meet with our IC360 Members in person is always an experience we enjoy. It was inspiring to engage with our valued Members, exchanging ideas, sharing success stories, and discussing future possibilities. The experience affirmed our shared vision for the childcare industry and reinforced our commitment to providing exceptional services and support to each Member of our community.

Tony D’Agostino’s Speaking Engagements
Our very own Tony D’Agostino, Founder and CEO of Inspire Care 360, left a lasting impression with his speaking engagements. The first session, held on Tuesday, July 18th, focused on strategies to enhance staff retention during their ‘Ask the Experts’ session. Then, on Thursday, July 20th, Tony participated in a panel discussion centered around ‘The Current State of the Industry: Managing Mindsets and Moving Forward.’ His perspectives and dedication to driving positive change resonated with the conference attendees, demonstrating our goal to elevate the childcare industry.

Thank you to all the attendees, speakers, and organizers who made this event so impactful. We look forward to nurturing our connections and continuing the journey towards a brighter future for childcare together.
