Nicholle Farkas

Nicholle is our Senior Member Advocate, with a focus on working with new and current members for Inspire Care 360. She is passionate about working with business owners and leaders, creating a trust and bond. Nicholle truly feels like she is a partner in your business!

She has worked with small to mid-size businesses, working in Human Capital Management, including sales, marketing, and consulting for almost three decades. In addition, she and her family members have all owned their own businesses. Her mother owned an in-home daycare for most of her life growing up. Nicholle is excited to use her knowledge and experience to help all our members. She said, “I feel every path I have taken, has led me to IC360!”.

Aside from her time in college, Nicholle has lived in the Rochester, NY area her whole life. Now, she’s a country girl and loves spending time riding and competing with her horse; a Dutch Warmblood named Martha Mae. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family and relaxing with her two dogs and cat when she’s not sketching, painting or playing her guitar.
