Melissa is a Member Advocate with Inspire Care 360. She provides personalized support and guidance to childcare owners. Melissa assists our Members in navigating the unique challenges of the childcare industry, and in best utilizing our practical solutions to promote a thriving child care center environment.

Melissa was formerly the Operations Director for a preschool enrichment company, ensuring the smooth facilitation and success of programming in centers all across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. She has worked as a teacher in Texas public schools, and has her Bachelor’s in Child Development and Family Studies Education. Her background in early education, and experience collaborating with center owners and directors led her to become a Member Advocate, to fulfill her passion for making quality early childhood education accessible to as many families as possible.

As a Dallas, TX native, Melissa is a die hard fan of all Dallas sports. She enjoys road-trips with a coffee and a good playlist, shopping at vintage and estate sales, and spending time with her family, her cat, and puppy.
