Jim Cooper, Our Leadership and Coaching Trainer, will bring extensive experience to this training program to provide the best leadership tools for you and your ECE team. In this 9 week course participants will leave competent in understanding:

➤ What are the fundamental differences between managing a team and leading a team.
➤ How to actively listen to Staff and Families and to get to root issues.
➤ Build capabilities to ask the right and appropriate questions to elicit key issues.
➤ Build strong leadership capabilities to engage staff and families to buy-in to process, procedures and objectives of your school.
➤ Practice, practice and practice through peer role play to ensure leadership competencies are fully retained and deployable at will.
