Dan Matteo leads the firm’s consulting and M&A department. Dan brings experience from assurance, tax, and technology engagements to provide a holistic approach to aid growing clients. He has served a variety of industries including construction, real estate, charter schools, and child care centers. His focus is on proactive planning for high-growth companies, entity structure, transactional consulting, and mergers and acquisitions.

Dan received his M.S. Degree in Accounting from Nazareth College of Rochester. After graduation, he joined a local accounting firm where he worked prior to joining RDG+Partners in October 2015.

Dan was certified in 2012 and is a member of both the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs. He lives in Pittsford, NY with his wife, son and daughter.
