Cindy Lehnhoff has been a leader in the child care industry for nearly 40 years. Her vast experience includes a 36-year career as a multi-site leader in over 12 different states for Learning Care Group. She retired from her last position with LCG as the Division Vice President for GA, FL, AL, SC, and OK in 2016. Throughout her career she was actively involved in both state and federal advocacy in support of providers and educators in their mission to provide high quality early care and education. She has served as a Board Member for many organizations that promote both of these to include but not limited to the following:

• Board Member for the Oklahoma Child Care Association (1995-2009)
• Board Member for the Governors Advisory Board in OK from 2000-2009)
• Board Member for the National Child Care Association (1995-2000; 2019-present)
• Board Member for the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (2001-present)
• Member of Frog Street’s Early Childhood Curriculum Advisory Board (2022-present)

In August of 2019 she became the Director of the National Child Care Association. As the Director, she has been instrumental in restoring the NCCA’s presence in advocating for the owners, providers and educators of licensed early care and education centers.
