Inspire! Care 360 was founded by the owner of multiple childcare locations in Western New York, Anthony D’Agostino. He saw a need within his own centers to simplify the day-to-day of his childcare business. As he began to work on the solutions to these problems, Tony pulled in key advisors to solve the problems unique to the childcare industry. After his core team was assembled,  IC360 almost immediately began to work with Premiere Partners. These innovative childcare owners saw the value immediately in having a back-office support team.

For one low monthly membership fee, IC360 gives childcare business owners access to Training and Development tools, Brand Awareness and Protection support, HR chat/phone support, HR tools and information, IT Help Desk support, and Purchasing Discounts. The IC360 team will train your directors and administrators on how to access these tools and support personnel. Members are assigned a Customer Care Representative and are never left to navigate the process alone.

IC360 costs a low monthly membership fee that is set based on the number of locations you have. There are always discounts available on our service, so ask your IC360 Customer Care Representative for information on this month’s special offer.

IC360 specializes in servicing your Training and Development needs, Brand Awareness, HR questions and staffing inquiries, IT Help Desk support via email, phone or remote desktop, and your Purchasing needs.
